Support a Clean Energy Future
Support a Clean Energy Future: The Minnesota House and Minnesota Senate have introduced bills (HF278 (https://www.revisor.mn.gov/bills/bill.php?f=HF278&y=2021&ssn=0&b=house)/SF643 (https://www.revisor.mn.gov/bills/bill.php?f=SF643&y=2021&ssn=0&b=senate)) that would transition our state to 100% clean electricity by 2040. As our state works to address the climate crisis and create a more sustainable future, this effort is one important step in the right direction. Unfortunately, some of our state legislatures have not yet indicated their support for this legislation. If we are going to create a cleaner energy future, we need our state leaders to not only vote for this legislation but also use their platform to speak out in favor of a clean energy future. Use the tool below to send a message to your state senator and state representative encouraging them to support a clean energy future.
We encourage you to edit the message and subject line to make the message your own. Having a unique and heartfelt message makes the communication more impactful.
