Please, if responsibility isn't exercised, its Siamese twin sister, freedom, will wither, like an unused muscle as well; now, sadly, because of self-possession, it needs to be exorcised before it's exercised. No one must be conned by the corporate structure's convolution, divide and conquer only works on the divided, life is indivisible, as your potential is illimitable. It's time to vote for voting by evoking about voting, getting others to talk about it, register people to vote, GOTV, etc., as if one's life depends on it, for, it actually does. For, one can talk the talk, walk the walk, and even be the be, but, if they don't vote the vote, they'll never be livin' in a democracy. Exactly, apathy is what "...we(e),...", especially, need to struggle against, as things do look hopeless, the odds against us almost impossible to surmount, and the ease with which one could fall into modes of survival instead of alival are myriad.
