It was asked of Benjamin Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got, a Republic or a Monarchy?”, he answered, “A Republic, if you can keep it.” To answer the question, “…we(e),…” didn’t keep it, it’s neither, rather, a defacto military dictatorship, now. Yet, it's just not enough to answer the question, the actuality must be evoked, like the Supremacy Court's illegal and unconstitutional 'Citizen's United' decision which diminished the power of the people and the 3 branches of gov't, that supposedly check each other, yet, instead they conspire to destroy the nation for the global oligarchy; which created a supposed class of people not just equal to actual people, but, rather, astronomically more powerful, corps.- making it such that people have almost no power in comparison to corps, etc..
