'Conversation with the Candidate' with Marianne Williamson: Part 2

  1. Very expressive. Indeed. "Truthful words are not fancy; fancy words are not truthful. The good are not argumentative; the argumentative are not quite good. The wise know the truth not by storing up knowledge; those who focus on storing up knowledge do not know the truth. The sage does not hoard for herself. The more she helps others, the richer life she lives. The more she gives to others, the more abundance she realizes. The Tao of heaven benefits all beings without harming anyone. The Tao of the sage assists the people without competing with anyone." Chapter 81, translated by Yuhui Liang. Lifelong students are the only ones who can most successfully teach; nature is the best teacher. A twig or two of poetree elucidates: YOU CAN// Talk the talk, walk the walk, and even/ Be the be, but, if you don't vote the vote,/ You won't ever be livin' in a democracy. Manners// In which doings and not doings/ Are done or aren't,/ Brings life and light to them,/ Or it doesn't. Glad to virtually meet you All. Thanx for all you do and don't. Enjoy a festive eve' as you can. Ciao, for now. Matutinally Yours, reality
